Tuhoe Festival 2007 (Day 2) New Zealand : Day two was celebrated with more cultural competitions, sporting challenges throughout the festival with more people attending on the second. The highlight of todays events was the seniors kapahaka challenge proving yet again to a must see for all the families who had members in each cultural team. simply amazing

Tuhoe Festival 2007 (Day 3) New Zealand : Day three sees to the finals for most of the events like the rugby sports challenge, the basketball challenge, the Tuhoe Ahurie debates challenge however leading up to handing out all the trophies and certificates to the winning teams and individuals. The night soon changed into a bands concerts displayed by many of the Tuhoe nations bands, singers and live performers. Truely a night to remember yet again of a successful event. Ka mou te whei e ki ana te whanau, kia ora koutou katoa. Mauri ora. with many family members heading home today on Easter Sunday

Tuhoe Festival 2007 (Day 4) New Zealand : Day four literally the day of packing up and clearing the site. A brilliants weekends work put in by everyone concerned. All guests, visitors and locals have returned home but for those organizers, cleaning up crew and contractors for the festival carefully returning all their equipment and hire property back to their homes. Amazing weather, amazing people, amazing atmosphere. Job well done

Tuhoe Festival 2007 (Wairua O Te Ora ) New Zealand : Te Wairua O Te Ora Trust members worked 24/7 over the three day event working in rosters or shifts serving clients, contractors, service people and the many visitors who came over the weekend. The pains many, the sleep very lacking. The rewards, priceless, the atmosphere unrivaled, the experience will last for a long time. Thank you people for caring for our guests.
